This month is designed to educate people about life insurance and help them make the right coverage choices. Remember, to a large extent, preparation is what life insurance is all about.
Life insurance is personal protection that will be there even if something should happen to you. It can help pay for high “final expenses” (e.g., funeral and burial), and prevent them from becoming a burden to those you leave behind.

This is a fast, easy, and elegant weeknight dinner that’s also easy on the budget!
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet over med high heat. Add smashed garlic clove and swirl to season oil. Season the skin side of the chicken with salt and pepper and place skin side down in hot skillet. Season other side of chicken with salt and pepper and remove the garlic. Sear skin side until golden and crispy, 6-7 min, turning heat to medium. Flip.
Place the shallots between the chicken and drizzle with the vinegar. Top with the grape clusters, nestling between and around the chicken. Sprinkle with rosemary and place in the oven for 20 min or until internal temp reaches 170°.
